What does our On-Demand Program Include? 

This on-demand certification program combines the best elements of a premium learning experience: 

  • Advanced eLearning modules afford you the freedom to complete much of the course content at your own pace and to revisit content as needed. 
  • Optional coaching gives you individualized attention and support when it's time to take your learning out of the classroom and into your real-world context. 
  • You'll be welcomed into a global Polarity Practice Community 50 years in the making that continues to learn and evolve Polarity theory and practice.

How You’ll Do It 

  • Complete 7 foundational and advanced eLearning modules at your own pace (required). 
  • Access the Polarity Resource Portal for the most current theory, tools, and practice ideas. 
  • Receive a PDF copy of Barry Johnson’s latest book, “And – Making a Difference by Leveraging Polarity, Paradox or Dilemma” Volume One” 
  • Schedule up to 2-hours of one-on-one coaching for your Applied Learning Project (optional) 
  • Attend invitation-only webinars & events (optional) 

NOTES: Completion of an applied learning project (ALP) is optional, but required to qualify for certain CCEU's (e.g. ICF Coaches earn 27 CCEU's), inclusion on Polarity Partnerships' Certified Practitioner Directory and for eligibility to coach new practitioners. 

All students completing the eLearning modules will receive a Certificate of Completion and an electronic practitioner badge to post on your website and social media pages

Registration

This includes a 1 year Certified User access to the Polarity Resource Portal, a license to use the Polarity Map® and proprietary content professionally (excludes sharing of eLearning modules), and access to the eLearning modules for 90 days from date of purchase.

This includes single user access to the eLearning modules for 90 days from date of purchase plus a 1 year organization license, an organization administration panel for the Polarity Resource Portal (create basic user accounts for employees to access basic tools and materials, a private Organization Polarity Map library and more), and a license to use and reprint the Polarity Map® and proprietary content inside your organization (excludes sharing of eLearning modules).
