Differentiate your coaching and consulting offerings using custom Polarity Assessments™ to define, measure, and sustain desired leadership capabilities, team performance, organization culture, or any strategic objectives that are important to you or your clients. Polarity Assessments deliver more accurate results, support better insights, and drive more sustainable outcomes than traditional assessments. Equip yourself and your clients to develop a deeper and more nuanced understanding of their complex challenges and strategic opportunities.
In the PACT™ Certification Program, you learned how to apply low and high-tech tools to assess client realities using various methods ranging from facilitated dialogues to Ready-to-Use Polarity Assessments™. This Advanced Micro-Credential picks up where your PACT™ Certification left off to expand, refine, and differentiate your Polarity Practice. You’ll learn how to develop custom performance metrics that combine Polarity wisdom, your specialized expertise as a professional advisor, and your clients’ knowledge of their unique context and realities.
Virtually any professional advisor, coach, or consultant who wants to define, measure, and sustain desired leadership capabilities, team performance, organization culture, or any strategic objectives that are important to your clients.
