In this three-day faculty-facilitated online program, participants will connect and gain insights from one another and expert Faculty in applying Polarity Thinking™ and the PACT™ 5-Step SMALL Process in JEDI+ contexts. In this highly participative program, you’ll share stories and practice applying what you’ve learned to your contexts. One-on-one individualized coaching sessions will support you as you take your learning out of the classroom and into your real-world engagements.

Participate in three 5-hour online sessions led by expert Faculty. In these highly participative sessions, you’ll refine your understanding of fundamental dynamics and concepts related to JEDI+ and practice applying what you have learned in your contexts
Receive 2-4 hours of one-on-one coaching on your real-world ALP (Applied Learning Project), to support you with guidance in your JEDI+ intervention design. Your coach will also share tips and advice related to process facilitation. Additional coaching for more complex engagements is available for a nominal fee if and as needed.

Wanda has almost 40 years of experience with emphasis in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Training and Facilitation. Prior to joining Polarity Partnerships, she spent 30 years building a consulting firm, working with over 30,000 professionals and public, private, and non-profit sector clients. She is an ICF-certified coach, a graduate of the George Mason University’s Organizational Wellness Coaching Program, and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
