In this three-day online facilitated program, expert faculty will guide you in developing your ability to facilitate the Polarity-based SOAR Process.
Post-session one-on-one coaching will supplement your online sessions to provide you with individualized support for application in your real-world contexts.

Wanda has almost 40 years of experience with emphasis in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Training and Facilitation. Prior to joining Polarity Partnerships, she spent 30 years building a consulting firm, working with over 30,000 professionals and public, private, and non-profit sector clients. She is an ICF-certified coach, a graduate of the George Mason University’s Organizational Wellness Coaching Program, and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
